This knife was used for all daily tasks, from preparing lunch to care for their flocks of sheep.The Guilloché series features additional chiseling of the spring, liners (top & bottom. The "bee" and the spring (4 leaf clover) of this knife are forged from one piece of stainless steel. The shamrock also features a genuine semi-precious gemstonein its center. 100% Made in France..
