To Qualify for a Return -

1. Must be purchased in the last 30 days
2. Item is not *personalized 
3. Item is unused & in original packaging
4. Original shipping address was within the United States

If your item qualifies for a return (see above) you may initiate a return by contacting us.

If you are not sure if your order qualifies for a return please email us at support@laguiole-imports.com we will gladly help you with that. 

Please note that items returned that do not qualify for return will not be refunded.

* We will refund your item(s) purchase price. Original shipping charges, if any,  will not be refunded. 

* Personalized items cannot be refunded unless we made a mistake, please do not return such items without receiving prior written authorization.
