  • Size: 9.05 inches - 23 cm
  • Weight: ~ 100 grams (3.5 oz.)
  • Metal: Z40C13 stainless steel
  • Costruction: Cold forged monoblock Z40C13 Stainless steel

This knife set is dishwasher safe. However, it is always best to avoid repeated use of a dishwasher as such practice can, over time, fade the finish of the handle material.

--------------------

Although these knives can be safely washed in the dishwasher, hand washing right after use is always recommended to preserve the quality of your knives. For best results, use warm water, a mild detergent, and a non-scratch cloth or sponge. Hand dry with a towel before storing.

Never allow knives to soak in water, this may cause rust or staining from the mineral content in some water.

If you do choose to place your cutlery in the dishwasher, it is important to note the following to avoid damages that can void the manufacturer warranty:
  • Load your knives blade side down in the utensil basket, do not lay them flat on a rack. Be sure that knives are not touching in the basket.
  • High pressure water can result in items being jostled around and hitting each other, causing blades to become dented, chipped and/or dulled.
  • Abrasive dishwasher detergent and water mineral content can affect the finish or shine of your cutlery. We recommend experimenting with different detergent brands & rinse agents to find the best combination for your dishwasher.
  • All dishwashers perform differently and dry cycles may not dry contents completely which may result in water spot stains.
As with any sharp instrument, use care to prevent injuries. Even with knives pointing down, it is still unsafe to unload a dishwasher with blades inside.
