Outstanding product and customer service.

The corkscrew is gorgeous--the touch of brass is stunning. But even more impressive was the customer service. I realized after I placed the order late at night that I had a typo in the engraving request. I sent an urgent email asking that they get back to me in the morning to ensure the engraving was correct before they shipped. The confirmation email was in by inbox when I awakened and the item arrived on time with the perfectly correct engraving. Fantastic job!!
