These 11 cm knives’ handles are made from the local Aubrac cattle's horn tip. The simple, non-polished finish of these Laguiole knives features a simple bee and spring. Although it is not an exact replica of the Laguiole found in the middle of the 19th century it does remind us that the Laguiole of old were not as embellished as their contemporary ones.
