This was one of those, "that's unusual" purchases. I was not lookin for an Italian Old Bear knife but it struck me as an attractive knife with its tri- color stripes. The knife is well made, the laminate handle has a good griping texture and the tri- color gives it a splash of interest. The locking mechanism, similar to an Opinel knife, is very positive both open and closed and the blade arrived super sharp. To me the best feature is the lightness of the knife. It rides in a pocket without much notice. A nice introduction to another European knife maker.
