Spring & Bee: Hande-filled spring makes each piece unique.
2 Piece Forged spring & Bee
Scraper Blade: 2.42" / 6.12 cm long - 3 mm thick made of X40 C13 Stainless steel.
Note that this tool's blade is dull and only intended to clean the pipe.
Size: Handle 10 cm - 4."
Weight: Approx. 60 grams (2.2 oz.)
Bolsters & Liners: Forged T12 Steel

Briarwood (Erica arborea) - From plateaux burl, the outer edge of the burl.

How to Maintain Your Pocket Knife

Pocket Knives are designed for cutting only. Do not use it as a screwdriver, crowbar, wood chisel, as this can cause irreversible damage and void the warranty.

To keep your pocket knife in top condition, follow these maintenance tips:

  1. Lubricate Moving Parts: Periodically apply a few drops of lubricant to all moving parts. This ensures smooth operation and extends the life of your knife.
  2. Hand Wash Only: Always hand wash your pocket knife. After washing, dry it quickly with a soft towel to prevent rust and corrosion.
  3. Recommended Lubricant: We highly recommend using Sentry-Solutions Tuf Glide for all our folding knives. It provides excellent lubrication and protection.

Important Note: Tuf Glide is not considered a "food-safe" product. Avoid using it on knives that come into contact with food.

Great new pipe tool

The tool is as described. A fine example of high quality knife-craft. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. It's a bit larger than other such tools and will, I think, sustain a good deal of "pocket change grind" over time. I may be looking to get one of the cases Laguiole offers but perhaps not as it would interfere with its frequent use. I expected it would be hard to close and it is, but getting easer as time goes by (I smoke 3-4 pipes a day).

I took advantage of having my name (laser) etched on the blade; good job! It hasn't supplanted my other pipe tool yet. Perhaps I will reserve this one for weekends... Perhaps Laguiole plans to offer it in mammoth tooth? I would be interested
