This is my second purchase with the company. I don’t usually write reviews, but. The quality of the products, exceptional, what you would expect from a luxury purchase. The service from purchase to delivery on your doorstep, first rate. Service here is superb. Rest assured you will receive a quality piece, at a reasonable price point, from a legit dealer. I don't know that I've ever had the caliber of customer service I got from the folks at Laguiole Imports. There was a particular type of effect that I loved in a certain wood grain (amboyna burl) in the corkscrews.. The one I wanted was already sold. Instead of just telling me to order a different choice, the company contacted the craftsman in France to see if he had another piece of wood that matched exactly the effect I wanted. And he did. And he made a variety of new corkscrews incorporating this color differential that I was so crazy about. Then customer service sent me pictures to look at as soon as the new corkscrews were in house. It was not exactly a "custom order," but darned close. I wish all the companies of the world could clone these wonderful, responsive, uber-professional customer service reps, Danielle in particular, who was my point person. It's so rare to have a product so extraordinary backed up by professionals of this dedicated caliber. I give them and their products my very highest recommendation. --Richard in Portland, Oregon
